
First, made the selection as the textbox size
(After this step, I will use Grey as a background color to make you see the small white stroke-line)
Then choose "Edit>Stroke" from the Menubar
Width: 1 px
Color: White
Location: Center
You will get the stroke line of the textbox.
Then use "Zoom Tool (Z)" and "Pencil Tool (B)" to edit or add more line to the box
(Holding Down the "Shift" key will help you get a straight line)
Right-click on the layer of the textbox-line and select "Duplicate Layer"
You will get the new layer with same line and position. Then..Select below layer and choose
"Lock Layer Transparency" as the icon shown above
(This will allow you to do anything only in the area of the drawed line)
Fill(Alt+Delete) with the darker color
Use the Arrow key to move the line "Down 1 time , Right 1 time"
Select the above layer (white line), Press Ctrl+E to Merge 2 layers down
Right-click at the merged layer and select "Select Layer Transparency" (You will get the selection like this)
Choose "Edit>Stroke" from the Menubar
Width: 1 px
Color: ...... darker color as an outline of the box
Location: Outside
Use "Zoom Tool" and "Pencil Tool" to edit the corner of the box (as you see above)
Use "Magic Wand (W)" to select and fill the top part of the box in "New Layer"
Choose "Select>Modify>Contract" : 1 pixels
Use the arrow key (on the keyboard) to move the selection
to the right (just press only 1 time) and fill with darker color as a dark-shade part
move down (with Down-Arrow key only 1 time) and fill with same color
move to the left (again) and fill the same color
Then, move up 1 step with Up-Arrow key.
and Fill with another color between that 2 color
Right-click on this layer and select "Select Layer Transparency"
then, Choose "Edit>Stroke" from the Menubar
Width: 1 px
Color: ...... dark color as an outline of top part
Location: Outside
Add Shadow to the box
Add Text to the top part with White Color and set Anti Aliasing Mode to "None"
Right-click on this text-layer and select "Select Layer Transparency"
Create "New Layer"
then, Choose "Edit>Stroke" from the Menubar
Width: 1 px
Color: ...... dark color as an outline of the text
Location: Outside
